We take great care in creating and packaging each order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. “Delivery date” is the date shown as delivered by the carrier’s tracking.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
 • Unused and in the same condition as received
 • Returned in the original packaging
 • Requested within 14 days of delivery

If an item shows signs of use, is missing original packaging, or is returned outside the return window, we may be unable to accept the return.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us and include:
 • Your order number
 • The item(s) you’d like to return
 • (Optional) The reason for the return

Our team will respond with return instructions and the return address (if the return is approved).

Return Shipping (Paid by Customer)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit without tracking.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are not refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:
 • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
 • Processing time depends on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, the fastest option is usually to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order. If you’re unsure which option is best, contact us with your order number — we’ll help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, if available, photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.

Changes & Cancellations

Because orders move quickly into production, changes and cancellations are time-sensitive.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Yes — orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
To request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the requested update.

After 12 Hours

After 12 hours, we may not be able to cancel or modify the order if it has already entered production or shipped. In that case, you can refer to the return policy above once your order is delivered.
